Former Rutgers quarterback Ryan Hart won an appeal to have his lawsuit claiming that his image in an EA Sports video game was used without his permission. Hart played for records from 2002 through 2005 and file the suit in 2009. The first federal judge to hear the case ruled in favor of EA Sports.

UGA Recruiting Misses: Where Are They Now?
There has been a lot of talk about the in-state talent that the Georgia Bulldogs fail to sign year in and year out. We are going to take a look at where those prospects are now. We conducted the study back to 2005 to see what players went on to have successful College careers and made it to the NFL, or what players ended up being busts at the next level. The following players were ranked among the top 15 players in the state of Georgia that did not go to the University of Georgia.
