- Forbes has UGA ranked 9th in team value
- Texas hitting in practice to get ready for Tide
- Recruiting hoaxes increasing
- Best Bulldog Bowl Moment: Georgia has a very rich bowl tradition that includes 45 invites and victories in the Rose Bowl, Cotton Bowl, Gator Bowl, Orange Bowl, and Sugar Bowl. Fueled by freshman sensation Herschel Walker, the Dawgs took a perfect mark into the 1981 Sugar Bowl, where No. 7 Notre Dame awaited. Walker shook off a dislocated shoulder in the first quarter to score a pair of touchdowns, leading Georgia to a 17-10 win and the national title.
- I-Bowl odds
- Boling has challenge
- CFN I-Bowl preview
- Money talks and tradition walks. The uniqueness of New Year's Day bowls died a while back.

Don't you mean UGA had a very rich bowl tradition. GO EERS!

WVU has 28 bowls appearances with a record of 13 wins and 15 loses. Not bad.
UGA has 44 bowl appearances with a record of 25 wins, 16 loses and 3 ties. Substantially better!
If your comment was meant to refer to the clinging-to-a-lead-by-the-fingernails WVU victory in 2006 Sugar Bowl over a Dawg team dispirited by not playing for the national championship - Congratulations! Maybe WVU can recruit enough players from GA, AL and FL to again play in a major bowl one day - perhaps you may face the Dawgs again - if so, don't bet the still or the stash of sniffing-glue or, especially, the '72 Electra 225. The records speak for themselves.
Have a nice day!
